Payment is due t the time of purchase.
For digital products, all sales are final due to instant access.
For physical products (such as Bloom kits), refunds and returns are subject to the terms outlined in my Shipping & Returns policy.

4. Coaching Services

Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process focused on personal growth.

I am a certified life coach, not a licensed mental health provider.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

5. Mandated Reporting

As a mandated reporter, I am legally obligated to report suspected abuse or imminent harm to self or others to the appropriate authorities.
