Thank you for shopping with The Fulfillment Coach. Please review the following policy regarding shipping and returns for both digital and physical products.
Digital Products
- All digital products (including eBooks, workbooks, journals, and courses) are delivered electronically.
- Due to the instant-access nature of these items, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical Products (Bloom Kits & Other Items)
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- At this time, shipping is available within the U.S. only (update if you plan to ship internationally).
- Returns/Refunds: All physical products are final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@tomiaminnis.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. I will happily provide a replacement or refund in these cases.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
- The Fulfillment Coach is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
